We joined forces by merging our two food accounts on Instagram and creating this blog. We decided that together we could make more of an impact and inspire more people to eat and live healthily. We both follow a paleo diet, and most of our recipes reflect exactly what we eat every day. Our definition of paleo is grain free, sugar free, dairy free, and no processed or artificial foods. - We use honey and stevia as sweeteners since they are both natural and low glycemic.
- We use maple syrup sometimes, but rarely.
- Phebe eats plain greek yogurt with NO sugar because of the benefits from the probiotics (Fage 0% plain greek yogurt is good).
