This pizza is so good we made it two days in a row. We followed the recipe on the Simple Mills Pizza Dough box and added our own toppings.
Simple Mills Pizza Dough
2 tbsp. oil (grapeseed or vegetable oil)
6 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Sliced white mushrooms
Grilled chicken breast
Follow the instructions on the Simple Mills box to prepare the dough. Cook the dough for 5 minutes and then pull it out of the oven and add tomato sauce (Colavita tomato sauce, but any kind that does not have sugar in it is good). We put the cheese on last, but try and put it directly on top of the tomato sauce to give it more of a chance to melt. Then, add the sautéed mushrooms, chicken, and arugula. Place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. If you really want that chicken-bacon-ranch taste then add Primal Kitchen’s ranch to the top of the pizza after it has cooled.
